Education & Learning
From content to learning that changes what people can do.
I work with universities, educational institutions, edtech companies and organisations developing capabilities to design learning experiences that are relevant, applicable and able to evolve.
From understanding what needs to be learned to designing learning journeys, programmes and experiences, making them tangible, testing them with learners and improving them through evidence.
Sector challenges
RELEVANCE
Begin with what people need to be able to do
Connect learning needs, skills gaps and real context to avoid programmes defined solely by the content an organisation wants to communicate.
PATHWAYS
Design learning journeys, not isolated experiences
Create continuity across moments, formats and channels so every interaction contributes to a meaningful, understandable progression.
APPLICATION
Turn knowledge into capability
Design practice, reflection and real situations that enable learning to transfer into decisions, behaviours and new ways of working.
PERSONALISATION
Adapt without fragmenting the experience
Create relevant pathways for different profiles, levels and needs, incorporating data and new AI capabilities without losing coherence or pedagogical intent.
EVIDENCE
Measure what changes, not only what is completed
Define learning outcomes and signals of success that reveal whether the experience is building capabilities and where it needs to evolve.
SCALE
Maintain quality as audiences and contexts grow
Design accessible, modular and reusable learning systems that adapt to different people, formats and environments without becoming generic experiences.
How I can help
01
Understand what needs to be learned
I research learners, their context, their needs and the barriers that make new capabilities difficult to apply.
I combine learner research, organisational needs and expert knowledge to identify the change we want to create and what genuinely belongs in the experience.
02
Design the learning experience
I transform those learnings into journeys, programmes and experiences connecting objectives, content, practice, interaction and moments of application.
The focus is not on accumulating content, but on building a progression that makes sense to the learner.
03
Create learning that can be applied
I design activities, workshops, scenarios, tools and active learning experiences that allow people to experiment, make decisions and work with situations close to reality.
Facilitation is part of the design when it helps turn collective knowledge into shared learning.
04
Make the experience tangible and test it
I prototype content, activities, formats and journeys to test with learners, facilitators and stakeholders whether the proposition is understandable, useful and produces the intended behaviour.
This makes it possible to refine the experience before scaling a programme or investing in full development.
05
Measure, learn and evolve
I define signals of success and gather feedback, learning analytics and qualitative evidence to understand what works and what needs to change.
The learning supports programme iteration, experience improvement and continued relevance as needs and capabilities evolve.
